A small workshop that makes things worth an afternoon.
MoldMagik began with one act repeated at a kitchen table — pour something, wait for it to set, then make it yours. Everything we sell still comes out of that.

Why plaster, and why unpainted
Most craft kits hand you the work we think is the boring part — mixing powder, waiting hours for a mould to cure — and call that the activity. We do that part for you, by hand, so the brush comes out in the first minute.
What arrives is plain white and slightly imperfect. That is the point: the interesting version is the one you finish.
How a box gets made
›Four steps, all of them done by hand, none of them by a machine that runs overnight without us.
Plaster mixed and poured a few moulds at a time, never a factory run.
Left to cure overnight, then lifted out and checked one by one.
Pieces with bubbles or chipped edges go back in the bucket, not in a box.
Paints, brush and a note packed in by the same person who poured them.
Made and checked by hand
Every figure is cast and checked by hand in our Delhi workshop, with natural variations from the hand-casting process.
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Start with one box and an afternoon.
Talk to a real person
›Founder-run, so the reply comes from the same person who packed your box.
