1. ABOUT THIS STORE
MoldMagik operates this website and sells handmade plaster of paris craft kits and decorative plaster of paris products in India. The website is hosted by Shopify. Questions may be sent to hello@moldmagik.com or +91 9667726097.
2. USING THE WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or infringe the rights of MoldMagik or another person.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Because items are hand-cast, minor pores, surface texture, tonal variation and small edge differences can occur and are normal handmade characteristics rather than defects. Screen settings may also affect colour appearance. Product dimensions and contents are stated on the relevant product page.
Painting kits are made for kids, families and adults. The pieces are small, so young children should paint with an adult. Plaster of paris pieces are decorative craft items: keep them dry, do not ingest any part of a kit, and use paints and small components responsibly.
4. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown during checkout. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or fraud is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. SHIPPING
Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, address errors or events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit your rights where an order is delivered later than the stated schedule, except where the delay results from force majeure as recognised by applicable law.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other applicable Indian law.
7. CUSTOM AND BULK ORDERS
Customisation, quantities, price, production time, delivery and cancellation terms for custom or bulk orders will be confirmed in writing before payment. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind, but remedies remain available for items that are damaged, defective, materially misdescribed or incorrect.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MoldMagik name, website copy, original photographs, graphics and designs may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payment gateways, shipping carriers and other service providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but purchases are made directly from MoldMagik.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, MoldMagik is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product or events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights and liability for defective goods where applicable.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
