ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be confirmed before payment. Orders are not normally processed on Sundays or public holidays.
DELIVERY AREA AND ESTIMATES
We currently ship to serviceable addresses in India. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier network. Remote locations may take longer. All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-shipping offer applies only where shown at checkout.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, the tracking number or link is sent by email or SMS after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or delivery was repeatedly refused or unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.
DELAYS AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, local restrictions and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel is past its expected delivery window. We will coordinate with the carrier. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If the parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and contents. Verified issues will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
International Shipping (US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia) We ship internationally from Delhi, India. International orders are delivered within 10–15 business days. A flat shipping rate of ₹2,199 applies. Free shipping on international orders above ₹7,999. Please note: customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MoldMagik is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
